"We have stayed here before and not had issues, however, this time, we weren't as happy with our stay. We booked a 2 queen room, they tried to put us in a 1 king room so that had to be changed. Housekeeping was not good at all, the floors looked gross, the room was dusty, they didn't bring clean towels ..."
