"I have stayed at this Holiday Inn twice while traveling this last week. The first time there was an issue with the cleanliness of the room and had to be switched to another. The room we had last night was in need of some general maintenance. There was a missing drawer front, a broken drawer, extremely loose toilet seat, and a shower that needed caulking. We often stay at a Holiday Inn Express and this one misses the mark."

"First room had unclean hole filled sheets. Second room sheets had been washed, but middle section was full of cigarette holes and old stains. Air did not work till I crawled down and hit reset button on electric cord. With new sheets this would have been a four star stay. Too bad owner is slacking on upkeep. Bed is most important thing in a hotel room."
