"Many amenities for a boutique hotel. The nightly rate was very good. The little extras like refilling water every day it’s perfect. Harbour yards food court was high-end food and not what you typically find in a food court we ate at several of the restaurants on site which were also very good. The option of the adult pool on the rooftop was a plus. Would definitely visit again."

"For the price, this Hyatt does not deliver. Ice machines inoperative, room refrigerator leaked. Musty smell in room. Suite rooms very small. No in house restaurant. Staff were great, but overall, a very poor delivery for the price. We chose this Hyatt because it was more expensive than other local area hotels and assumed it would deliver based on the brand and price. It failed to deliver. Felt like the exact same delivery we could have gotten for $100 less a night."

"1 bed mattress was broke down on 1 side. Pillows were flat and hard. No ice machine available. The staff was very friendly. You could hear loud sounds from room above us."
