"We had a wonderful stay at Thalassa Seychelles! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beautiful Beau Vallon beach, restaurants, shops, and bus stops, which makes exploring the island very easy. The apartment was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable bed, which made us feel at home. The balcony was a lovely spot to enjoy coffee in the morning or relax in the evening. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to give advice or assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. Overall, Thalassa is a perfect place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere on Mahé. We would happily come back and highly recommend it to others!"

"Of course, here is a hotel review based on your experience: Title: Great Potential, But Not Quite There Yet This resort has all the makings of a 5-star property, but our experience was a mixed bag. Let's start with the positives: The rooms are absolutely fantastic—beautifully designed and very comfortable. The pool is truly amazing, a real centerpiece of the resort. We also found every staff member we interacted with to be incredibly nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the negatives were significant. The check-in process was terrible and painfully long. We had booked an ocean view room, but the front desk tried to place us in a room with a barely-there "peek-a-boo" view. It took a frustrating hour-long wait for them to sort it out and give us the room we had actually paid for. The biggest issue is that the resort is still under construction. There was persistent and loud construction noise by the pool on both days of our stay, which really ruined the relaxing atmosphere. Also, be aware that the property is situated on a very steep hill. This wasn't a problem for us, as they will gladly pick you up in a cart and drive you anywhere you need to go, but it's something to know before you book. The bottom line is that this property has the potential to be incredible. Once construction is completely finished and they sort out their front desk operations, it will likely be an amazing destination. For now, it feels like a work in progress. "

"The staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room for free, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel is right by the beach. They also kept our luggage after checkout, which was very convenient. The only downside was some renovation noise in the lobby area, but overall we were very satisfied with our stay."

Fishermen and fresh fruits and vegetables within 2 mins drive. City center Victoria 20 mins drive, Beau Vallon beach 20 mins drive. We rented a car from the airport. cleaning lady very nice and friendly. came every other day to clean the apartment fully. she was always present on site to ask if we needed anything and was always helping us. We arrived late at night, around 10 pm and someone was around to check us in. On site parking and security guy present all night long. "

"We've been back now for a couple of months, and, although very busy, I've had it in mind that I should give this hotel a (very positive) review! We stayed here twice during our trip to the Seychelles , for a few days each side of our cruise, and it was a great choice! A small 'boutique' environment and a haven of peace! The accommodation was very nice and also spacious with fridge, cooking and laundry facilities. The pool was nice, quiet, clean and pleasant and, again, very tranquil and relaxing. Breakfast was great, very flexible with timings and staff pleasant and helpful. A nice beach was only a short walk away, as were a few restaurants (a good Indian restaurant, moderately priced for the Seychelles was a favourite), and also a very useful mini-market for beers, snacks & food provisions when 'eating in'. Manfred, the manager, was around every day and happy to make recommendations and give useful advice (he spoke perfect English!), also just generally chat about life in the Seychelles! We would definitely stay there again if we came back to the Seychelles. "
