"Good morning, I am very disappointed with how the room is. Found dirty towel in the bathroom, the door for the bathroom hits the bathroom counter creating a hazard for my kids, they couldn’t go to the bathroom by themselves because when the door shuts their fingers could get stuck in between the counter and the door due to the size of the counter and not being properly installed, my wife stepped on a loose tile from the bathroom and pinch her foot, found trash behind the middle table between the beds, the lamp in the middle of the beds was not working at all, One of the curtains has marks of possible mold. The tv was missing a remote, one was brought up but it didn’t work so they had to bring another one. I have pictures of all this. We had to spend the majority of the day out until the kids were tired to just go to bed and leave early because that’s how unpleasant was staying here. How can I send pictures/videos for reference. My children and I were coughing throughout the nights when we would return to sleep. When I went to adjust the temperature the second night, I saw mold on the curtains. I was very alarmed when I saw this at the end of our stay. I would have left immediately had known the underlying issues with our room. Due to that factor I stated the bathroom was very unsafe to use, we were not able to confortable stay in the room because all the hazards. I believe compensation will be appropriated for the stay here. Thank you Respectfully, Peter"

"We were unable to stay here. When the reservation was made on 02/27/26 I requested a room with a rolling shower. The property staff responded by saying the room that we had booked did not have a rolling shower. I responded back that a walk-in shower would be just fine and did the room we booked have a walk-in shower? There was no response from the hotel staff to my query, just crickets. Since they did not respond back I assumed our room would have a walk-in shower as pictured on the Expedia website. Upon arrival yesterday the room we were given only had a bathtub. I repeated my concerns to the very sweet and helpful front desk, lady Henny, but she was unable to provide the requested amenity. She said next time we needed to contact the hotel directly and make this request. ( Did she really think there was going to be a next time? ). As my mother and I are both elderly and somewhat disabled there is no possibility of using a tub which is why I made the request in the first place. If the property had communicated this to us then we’d have booked elsewhere. So we had to leave with no refund and had to book at another hotel for the night that would honor our request. Even though the front desk lady was understanding and very sweet, ultimately it’s very clear this property does not honor special requests nor value customer service. For these reasons I am giving this property 1 star and cannot in good conscience recommend it to anyone, especially guests with disabilities. "

"Staff was very friendly. But, first room had dead bugs in the floor, and looked like someone had just left it. Second room I was moved the was filthy, including a pubic hair covered shower. "

"The front desk personnel were asleep on the desk when I arrived at midnight to check in. The cleaning lady knocked on the door at 8 AM wanting to know if the room needed cleaning and the breakfast in the lobby was the saddest version of a hotel breakfast I’ve ever seen."

"Great place for team trips, clean, beds very comfortable and the staff are very accommodating. Will return with our team next year. "
