The hotel and the staff were excellent. The thing that I didn't like was the pillows were flat and made sleeping difficult.

Everything was great! Customer service was awesome! But, the bed was hard. I woke up with lower back pain. The pillows were not firm enough and the bed felt like sleeping on concrete. It was hard. Thank you for the great service!

The rooms were clean and the hotel was very nicely kept. The beds are terrible and so uncomfortable though. However, my entire family stayed here due to an event we had locally and we had rented out several rooms. One of them came back to their room to find a housekeeper sitting on their couch in the room drinking their kids orange juice and eating some of their crackers. We did speak to the man at the front counter but all he would say was that he would talk to her. I didn't feel that was appropriate and didn't feel like the situation was handled.

Great place. It’s brand new. The room is terrific and spacious with lots of storage. $75 pet fee. That is a little steep.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I visit Huntsville pretty regularly to visit my son and I thought I’d try Home2 Hilton as the property seems pretty new. The check-in experience was fine. I stayed in a king size room, which was spacious and bright. However, when I went to take a shower in the morning, there were two large dirty footprints in the shower along with a dirty wash cloth. There also weren’t any bath towels. When I called the front desk, I was told a note would be left for the manager to talk with housekeeping and she would bring me a bath towel. No one came to my room and I definitely did not take a shower. Furthermore, the floor was dirty. Clearly, the room was not cleaned. Pretty grossed out. I hope the sheets were changed! Will NOT be returning.
