"It was a nice property. Our room however was outdated. We stayed at the same hotel in Downtown Dallas a month ago and our room was more modern in Texas. You could see the water damage to the walls in the bathroom & by the bed. The wood was colored red with what appeared as permanent marker. The couch was stained severely. Otherwise the staff was phenomenal!! Very kind staff, thank you for the stay."

"It’s so unfortunate that I have to leave this tone of a review. First this is a beautiful and chic boutique hotel. I was blown away by the architecture and atmosphere. Unfortunately during dinner I constantly saw mice running around. Bartenders confirmed that exterminators have been out but haven’t been able to resolve the issue. It’s truly disheartening because I would love to return for the amenities and lavish room stay. Hopefully they can manage their rodent issue soon. Upon check...
