"ファミリーで利用しました。大人数やファミリーでの利用が主だと思いますが、キッチンやお風呂が狭すぎて何かとストレスでした。また2階は歩く度に天井がミシミシ音がして底が抜けないか心配でした。子供達はソファーのクッションで遊んでいましたが、クッション下は食べかすやホコリだらけで汚く、掃除が行き届いていないなーという印象です。最終的にはお隣の1棟の人達が夜21時以降もBBQや外で騒いでおり、小さい子供がいる我が家にはうるさくて非常に迷惑でした。トラブルになるのも嫌なので何も言えませんでしたが、こういう時に無人だとすぐに言えるところがなく不便だと感じました。決まりごととして事前にメールでは配信されていますが、読む読まない人、ルールを守らない人もいます。たまたまかもしれませんが、1回限りの利用ですし、印象が悪ければ二度と利用しようとは思いません。"

"部屋は大変綺麗でした、什器も整っており問題ありません。ただ、シャワーからお湯が出ませんでした。原因は給湯ボイラーのスイッチが入っていないという単純なものでした。夜遅くにも関わらず対処いただいたことは感謝しますが、復旧までに1時間程度を要しました。また、防音対策がないため、深夜明け方まで外を通る暴走族の爆音に悩まされました。"

"Staff was great, the room was spacey and nicely furniture, including a sofa and a desk. You can tell the hotel is not new at all, but the bathroom was very modern and super clean, water pressure was very strong. All in all a great stay.
