"Front desk guys were so nice! Cute room and decor, bed was comfy but pillows were awful so bring your own. A/C was pointed right at your face as you try to sleep but the white noise is a must have to drown out the incredibly loud city. 3hrs of sleep during my 1 night stay was very disappointing. "

"This property is currently under construction. There was construction noise pretty much all day, which started early in the morning. The area where you walk to the rooms was dimly lit at night. I didn”t feel comfortable walking through the outdoor maze of hallways to get to my room in the dark. My room was still dirty even after being cleaned. The staff was pleasant and helpful (my door would not close properly and they were quick to address it). I would not stay here again."

"My wife and her mother stayed here and I was concerned about having them stay in a Motel 6 but it got such a great reviews that they thought they’d give it a try. But television wouldn’t work and they couldn’t get into the room at first. It seemed like a very sketchy area and they didn’t feel safe."

"The breakfast and the cleanliness would bring me back here. It’s made to order breakfast instead of a buffet and it is absolutely delicious with excellent service! It’s been a while since a hotel was willing to clean my room each night, so it was a treat to return each day to fresh sheets, towels and a spotless room! "

"the staff checking in was not very professional and made odd comments about my grandson. the room smelled of smoke and incense the floors weren’t swept and the towels were dirty. i asked for a blanket and more towels the front desk lady said there weren’t any then a man came out of the back room and said yes there is and gave us some. she then followed me out of the desk area to the elevator and said shhhh we had a noise complaint - it was 5 o’clock and we had been there 25 minutes. i was going to book for a week here for a surgery recovery but i have chosen not to come back to this hotel. "

"hotel is an old embassy suites that has been run down. They are trying to slowly renovate the rooms, but they need a LOT of work. Building and rooms need a lot of maintenance. Staff on the other hand was actually AWESOME to deal with and very helpful."
