"Awesome Art Hotel. It is not your standard fare, but for those with interesting tastes it is fun."

"The kitchen was not a kitchen but more of a bar area; refrigerator, microwave, bar sink, nothing else. The 2 rooms were some of the dirtiest I've ever seen. Black mold around the tub and corner of wall and you could tell it's up under the wallpaper. Filthy and stained torn carpets. The room phone was just a shell w/no cord. One small bar of soap, no shampoo. The motel grounds ok, but walkways to rooms on ground floor were very dirty with spots of vomit, dog pee or what ever pee, food and coffee spills. Lobby was nice, clean and front desk attendants were nice. We were first given room 107, that was disgusting with cigarette smell and very dirty, so moved to room 110 and it still smelled pretty bad. I talked with 2 other people and they also said their rooms were very dirty and smelly. I would not recommend this motel to my worst enemy!"

"We got in late at night and the staff was great at getting us into our room quickly, and outfitting us with what we needed to make it comfy. Awesome breakfast and clean (chilly!) outdoor pool."

"Facility was very nice. Including pool area. Room was top notch. Not a lot of frills. The resturants and the location seem to be some of the big draws. Small facility for a resort but very nice."

"The property was so gross, filthy, dirty unkempt, i would never think of trying jacuzzi. Walk ways & 4 level walk ways & elevator horrible. People smoking on all 4 levels. Cigarettes butts thrown about. Numerous dogs & cats about property & in rooms. Terrible odor in our actual room 424. Bed broken down - major sink hole in matress. Would never stay there again or recommend to anyone."
