"Great but rebuilding works outside the bedroom window were annoying."

"The room did not have body lotion or conditioner, we found it strange and expected these items to be part of any hotel room. When we asked we were told we were told that it did not include those items as our room was a category basic. My recommendation at the minimum they should have a 30ml bottle of these items in each room. "

"Room was good size for longer stay, most of the staff were friendly. No information in the room re services provided, including ie room service, breakfast . Very quite room which was requested. Location was excellent to the Promonade. This hotel could be 5 stars 🌟 with a bit of additional effort & adding some extras in the room and as location is fabulous and so is the building."

"Absolutely lovely. Our room was MASSIVE, clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff were kind and accommodating. We also utilized the spa and gym. The massages were top notch. The gym was just okay, and lacked equipment for fitness fanatics, but had enough to get by. We will certainly be back to this hotel. "

"The hotel is unique it is small in size but big on charm,friendliness, and quality. The breakfast is cooked to order and set in a nice garden view room. The staff is very helpful and the location is close to the train station and a short walk to the promenade. It’s a good value and we would definitely stay again "

The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff were excellent, always very helpful. We have just returned from a very enjoyable break there and are booked up to go again in the near future. "Friendly staff, but the hotel did not feel like a four star. More like 3.5. The breakfast on the roof with a view is great though. Bathroom is tight with a vary narrow tub. How does anyone take a shower? But I guess it's standard to have narrow tubes in France. Floors were not carpeted, likely for easier cleaning of beach goers. Location is nice and quiet, 15 minute walk to the main part of Nice. "
