"For those who are looking to luxuriate in the onsens of the Kii península… This is a place not to be missed. The cave onsens, especially, were both gorgeous and healing… The other ones perhaps a bit rundown, but still quite a treat. The staff were great (and multi-lingual) and my room was squeaky ..."

宿泊は快適でしたが、食事にがっかり

"十津川には部屋にトイレのある宿がほとんどなく、ここを選択し、宿泊施設としては何の問題もなく、快適に滞在できました。ただ、一人２万円弱の宿泊費に対して、食事内容が1万円ちょっとの宿レベル、十分に美味しいのですが、内容に大変がっかりしました。コロナ休業が明けて間もないということで、損失を取り返そうとしていたのでしょうか。ここ数年で150軒以上に泊まったなかで残念ながらコスパが最低でした。"

とっても素敵なホテルです！

"とにかく素晴らしいです！南朝時代の皇居として使用された堀家の母家に隣接する離れに泊まれるのですから。内部は綺麗にリノベーションされてますし、とても快適です。離れの横、母家の横には川が流れてますので、そのせせらぎや、カジカガエルの声が聞こえてきて、とても情緒があります。泊まった日は、はからずも満月でしたので、広々としたお風呂に入り、その窓から月と川を眺めておりました。心の底から癒されるひと時でした。お風呂は家族で入れる大きさなので、ゆったりできます。ホテルの周りには人がいませんので、夜になると川の音しかしません。庭に出て自然の音に包まれながら、満月を愛でつつお酒を飲む最高の時間。魂の洗濯が出来た気がしました。また、当主の堀様も品のある素敵な方で、さすが代々続いてこられたお家柄だと感動しました。歴史好きな方は是非、またそうでない方でも、きっと満足出来るホテルだと思います。今回は食事無しでしたので、それだけが心残りですね。次回は是非、食事もしてみたいと思いました。ありがとうございました！"
