This is a great hotel, it is a short train ride from Yokohama station, around 10 minutes ride. It is very close to Totsuka station, there is a shopping mall (linked to the station) with convenient shops and restaurants, plus being a suburb there are local shops and restaurants close by - prices in restaurants were much cheaper than in central Yokohama. Breakfast was good - a buffet which was a mixture of Japanese and Western food. Staff were so friendly, and the room was really clean. I was...

I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Yokohama. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very well maintained, with a great atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of choices and high-quality food. The location is convenient for exploring Yokohama, and the hotel provides a perfect balance of...

What a hotel! We stayed here for our final 3 nights in Tokyo, we were going to do 1 but decided to stay the 3 because we wanted to feel settled. They let us check in at 11:30am at no extra cost because it was quiet, our room was spacious and really modern and the shopping area and restaurant area had lots to choose from. Getting into Tokyo was so easy and it was so handy when leaving to be able to grab a trolley and go straight to departures! Highly recommend this hotel

Amazing stay in Yokohama. Very central location in Kannai. Short walk to the baseball stadium, as well as train station. Good leisure walk to the red brick houses as well as chinatown. We were in a 2 pax bunk bed room. It had just enough space for 2 medium size luggages. Beds were extremely comfortable. There was a fridge, good electrical sockets with USB and USBC with adapters present beside both beds. Exceptional cleanliness - interior team are doing such a great job. Pyjamas provided for the...

SOTETSU HOTELS THE SPLAISIR YOKOHAMA

Kanagawa

10/10 Excellent

I don't want to leave a positive review because I want to keep this hotel a secret! This was my third stay, and I still can't find any faults with this place. The room is always immaculately clean and well soundproofed. The only downside is that the area is not particularly nice, with some red-light district areas on the street. Just avoid walking at ground level. As long as you use the first-floor walkway from the station/shopping complex you won't see them much.
