"This was my second time staying at this place, the staff has always been super nice and attentive. Rooms are comfortable, although it would be great to have a full size mirror in there. And just a tad more space in the room so you can open the suitcase and still be able to walk around the bed. There were just a few things i wasnt so happy with at breakfast buffet, there were some chiped plates, as well as not so clean glasses, there were some day old pastries displayed and saw a couple of bugs...

"Imagine a luxury hotel that was not upgraded or renovated for 20 years…. Rugs in the halls are begging to be changed. So called pillows I would not give my enemies! The bathroom facilities almost worked each with its own issue. But the worst thing that this 4 star hotel doesn’t have no coffee station or kettle provided. If you want to have tea in the evening you are out of luck. I wouldn’t recommend it"

"Clean and comfortable hotel for a one night's stay. It's a very small hotel without reception past 9pm. Everything was great with the room and I really appreciated the water and snacks available without charge. The only thing I found strange was that they were reluctant to let me in at any point before 3pm, I was waiting in the lobby at 230 and it seemed that only once the clock struck 3 would I be allowed in. I had an activity that afternoon and wasn't able to get in for the first time till 8....

"A very warm welcome at the ArtHotel when we arrived from the ferry - we’d requested a parking garage space for our bike and reception could not have been more helpful with advice about the locality and a town map. Our room was modern and very comfortable, and breakfast was excellent in terms of choice and also freshness & hygiene. We will definitely stay again.
