"Aunque éramos tres adultos, la cama supletoria era para un niño pequeño, de hecho, les dijimos a Dirección que nos la quitara. Dormimos los tres en la cama de la habitación, con lo que conlleva las pertinentes estrechez. Lo demás muy bien."

"We were given a 3 bedroom apartment but only requested a 1 bedroom apartment. This obviously wasn't a problem for us! We would have preferred a larger balcony as suggested in the photos on the website! Also feel it should be clearer that the property is situated on a very steep slope! Not a problem if you have a car which we didn't!!"

"移動中にチェックインの手続きを済ませて、建物のドアの暗証番号を取得しておりましたが、指示どりに押してもドアは開閉せず大変困りました。ヨーロッパにいる知人にコンタクトを撮ってもらい最終的には宿泊できましたが非常に不安でした。 何度かトライしている間にそのロックの数字に光る様になりロックが外れた感じです。 多分、チェックインの手続きをしているのに、ロックにが使用可能にセットあれていなかった感じでした。その様な不手際があったにも関わらず、現地で管理されている方から何の説明も謝罪もありませんでした。 もう二度とチェックインカウンターのない宿泊施設には泊まりたくないと痛感いたしました。 また、お洗濯はされていると思われるバスタオルはグレーに変色して生地は薄くなっておりゴワゴワしていて、お客に使用させるレベルではありませんでした。 食事も飲み物と小さなクロワッサンかカップケーキが１つ、水気を失ったオレンジのみで、ナイフの提供もなく勝手にキッチンのものを使わせていただきました。 どんなにリーズナブルでも、お客をもてなす心に欠けていると感じました。"

"We booked this one because it was an hour away from our place in Malaga, and we needed a place to shower and freshen up. We spent the whole day in Nerja, and we needed a place to shower after a long day at the beach. The staff was extremely friendly. Location was great. The room had dated beds. It looked like more like a motel than a hotel."
