Staff were kind, and the location was incredibly convenient. That being said the room was not great: some outlets didn’t work, it was warm and windows didn’t open (although there is an in room AC control) the bed was in the middle of the room which was odd (like not next to any wall). There was this weird buildup in the shower and the lighting was not great. Also the hallway had a weird smell. If you’re crashing here for one night to go clubbing or something and don’t plan to spend a lot of time in the room maybe it’s the hotel for you cause it’s cheap and the location is great.

I liked the staffs. I disliked - tv didn't work and shower head hose was leaking a lot of water. The hallway light was burnt out and hard to see the key hole.

Location is amazing. Easy check in. The bathroom was roomy and clean. The room is basically sound proof. The bed and pillows were comfortable but there was no sheet, just a duvet so hoping the cover gets laundered!! There is an odd smell in the building - fortunately not in the room. There is no place to put your things in the room - no bed side tables or a spot to put luggage. I sat on the window ledge and my hubby took the desk chair. We weren’t there to linger in the room but it was odd to not have any surfaces or shelves or chest of drawers (apart from the desk). I would likely stay again because LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!

Very good location in downtown Toronto. Bathroom was large and shower had a nice rainfall water head. Rooms were spacious. The ceiling had a lot of visible dust in the room, it could use a cleaning.

The reception was friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Converted warehouse vibe with wood beams and high ceilings.

I had a perfectly fine stay at this hotel—I was in Toronto for a conference and chose to stay somewhere nearby that was cheaper than the expensive conference hotel. It met this purpose but I would try somewhere different next time. Some things to note: there’s no real reception. You enter through the restaurant and sign in at a desk under the stairs. This made check-in a tad uncomfortable and it was a bit jarring at times to come and go through a crowded restaurant. The room was clean enough, but the most scrupulous would have worried about the floors and some mould in the shower. While no smoking, this is obviously a building that did previously have smoking; other unappealing odours occasionally wafted through the rooms, halls, and main area.
