"This place was perfect for us. Did it have all the fancy things in the room that a newer facility would have? No. But the price was right, it was clean, our room was the perfect temp, the staff was fantastic, well maintained, swimming pool was great. We were very happy and would stay here again."

"I would not hesitate to stay here again. Our unit in the motel section was convenient to the picnic area/pool/playground. During times of the day it was noisy as the pool is enclosed and the noise of the children playing is amplified. The beds were a softer than we have at home, but still comfortable. The bathroom vanity and toilet are low to the ground, good for kids or shorter people, but I'm taller (and older) so it was a bit awkward. Our only other complaint is that the room has a pod...

"I was uncertain about booking a small motel that I had never heard of but The Admiral was perfect for my needs. It was quiet, clean and very close to the center part of town. It is a basic motel with a courteous staff, daily housekeeping and a clean pool. Its rate was very affordable and its proximity to restaurants, bars and beaches was excellent."

"I did not like the fact that there was smoking allowed, that there were ashtrays on every table, I also didn’t like how claustrophobic the walk way on the second floor was. Its a narrow , long porch and you had to literally step over peoples legs to get by, There were people sitting outside my door, it was not quiet"

"Great hotel in the heart of the town of Lake George. Walkable to restaurants and entertainment for families and couples. Beautiful view from the roof is a huge win. We saw families bringing take-away food up to the roof to enjoy the view, seating options, and calm vibes. Hotel room was generously-sized, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be back!"

"The view of the lake and proximity to town were great. The room was acceptable. The room was clean, but you could see the age of the rooms even though they have tried hard to update and make them look nice. The property was very family friendly and beach area was very clean and nice. The staff was very helpful, as we had an issue with our television and they took care of it right away. We would stay here again when coming back to Lake George"

"The property is conveniently located in the heart of Lake George Village, making it easy to walk into town and by the lake. The docks on the lake offer beautiful views and the pool area was well maintained. My only complaint is that our room had a large number of flies that never seemed to stop appearing. Otherwise the property is clean and well maintained with a courteous and friendly staff."

"Overall it was a great experience. Staffs were very helpful and nice. Lots of amenities, kid loved the pools and the zipline. Free to use paddle board/kayak which is great. Bouncehouse wasn’t there when we visited. We booked last minute so the only room that was left was on the mountain side, which was across the lakeside. You have to cross a busy road to get to the lakeside and that was a bit dangerous for kids. I hope the bed could be better. But given its last minute booking I can’t...
