"The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool the spa and the restaurant was fantastic. There was a small mistake; massage charged to our account that we did not receive. Once we noticed they were happy to refund and the money was returned straight away, they were very apologetic. The grounds were so beautiful. We went in off season so it was very quiet. It was fine for me I just got a tattoo and could not go in any pool for that matter. Look like they were working hard to get that pool clear. Overall 12 out of 10"
