"Was in town for an early road race. Chose this location because they offered breakfast at 6:00. Got to hotel and they said breakfast wasn’t until 6:30. We were gone before then. This was upsetting. Carpet in room was dirty. No bath soap in the room, no sheets blankets or pillows for pullout bed. No one at the desk when we needed to check out early in the morning. People at the desk were not very pleasant and didn’t communicate well. Disappointing stay."

"There were no signs at the entrance identifying the building as a hotel, even though that was where Google Maps directed us. The luggage cart was in extremely poor condition—the dirtiest I've ever seen at a hotel. The property appeared to be undergoing a rushed, cosmetic renovation, with updates that looked incomplete and poorly executed. The atmosphere was concerning, and it seemed that some rooms may have been occupied by homeless individuals or long-term residents. Overall, the condition of the hotel did not match its price point. At around $50 per night, it might have been acceptable, but at $200 per night, it was a complete disappointment."

"I made a one night reservation and pre-paid my reservation/ Got to the hotel to check in and a very surly person proceeded to check me in. First telling me thati didn't pre-pay, and quoted me a price well more that i was charged on the expedia site. They insisted I did not prepay, once they found my reservation. I pulled up a copy of my itinerary showing paid in full and they said oh. okay, it's all set, and took a card for incidentals. Hotel and room are awkwardly decorated, that's the only way I can describe it. Electrical plugs are not conveniently placed- none at bedside, lamp wiring runs all over the floor to reach plugs; a recliner is right up against the side of the bed- no clearance. Bathroom has a huge scratched up wooden shelf holding a hand towel. Anyway, I confirmed the next morning that my long term lodging was all set, had coffee and purchased a cheese serving for breakfast, charged to my room. Checked out and went on my way. I received a receipt e-mailed later that day for another room charge in addition to the small breakfast. I notified the hotel immediately, and the only response from hotel and expedia was a copy of the hotel's charge to my credit card. I responded with a copy of my prepaid receipt, sent to me by expedia, and am waiting for a resolution or I will take it up with my credit card carrier."

"Wonderful hidden gem of a little hotel. Right on lake laurel we had a beautiful lake view. Rooms were very clean. Decent breakfast. Well Located and close to Lee downtown main st, the Lennox Main Street and Stockbridge as well. Looking forward to returning"

"A cheap stay; seemed like people lived there long-term, people and children were outside our room partying way past midnight. Beds came with only a thin fleece, a sheet, and two half-size pillows. We just needed a few hours of sleep before our flight, so we made it work. Wouldn't stay again."
