Staff was rude and unhelpful at check in and check out. Both people different shifts using personal phones and made me feel like I was interrupting. Comfort Inn & Suites Toledo North
Room 120 was spotless, and the Staff was quite courteous. The right Bedside Lamp was blown, and one of the TV remotes did not work. Other than that, everything else was great.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toledo West by IHG
The staff were all amazing and very friendly. The hotel is only about 8 years old but needs some maintenance done. My bathroom was not up to standards at all. There was a hair on the countertop, which i could have lived worth.
