"This is an attractive apartment just 5 min. walk from the center of town; it is modern, clean, and as attractive as the picture. However, it really should be a VRBO listing, not a hotel. No owner on premises, and you have to call ahead to Spain before arrival to arrange someone to meet you to give you keys. "We stayed in a very comfortable family room. The room fitted all four single beds comfortably and the shower room was a good size. The location was fabulous, down a quiet side street but not far from Toledo’s many wonderful sights. I definitely would recommend this as a good base for a stay in Toledo."

"Thin walls between rooms Had a lamp which was faulty, twice had to request bulb be changed , finally lamp was replaced. Also, wall outlet nearest bed was not functioning. Lack of elevator meant lugging my very heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs.No coffee maker in room , should be a given in hotel rooms these days ."
