No owner on premises, and you have to call ahead to Spain before arrival to arrange someone to meet you to give you keys. "The location was great, there are four nice sized rooms. I paid a reasonable amount and was pleased. Then the lady who met us there told me that there was a 35 Euro cleaning fee. I was unaware of this fee. I thought it was a rip off. When you go to a hotel you don't get charged extra for cleaning. Then it had to be paid in cash, seriously!!!! After calling Orbitz who said that this was an actual charge I paid but grudgingly. The lady then signed my parking ticket to give me a 6 Euro...
