We had a really hard bed mattress I never experience before . Did not sleep well all night Room is small. Amenity was not good The bathroom not clean enough and towel has only two set . So we did not take a shower in the morning because the towel was not dry enough Not for me

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
I wish the Godzilla terrace was open. The beds are very hard like a board. Great location in the heart of Shinjuku. Good access to subway and train. The limousine bus stop to and from the airport is one block away.
