"The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. I think it wasn’t our favorite stay because it felt like so many people coming and going that it lost its personal touch. The rooms and amenities were fine. Maybe it’s under construction? But it just seemed like there were too many people."

"Far enough away from the noise of Shinjuku, close enough to Shinjuku train station that made it simple to get to anywhere you needed to go. Compareable room sizes to European hotels, comfy beds. Excellent breakfast with fantastic views! The only downfall was the laundry facilities. Only 5 washers ..."

"Room was very clean other than a few rogue hairs in the shower. Only problem was that our rooms were not ready by the time we came to the hotel. We had to wait about 20 extra minutes before we could go into our room. Other than that, service was easy and excellent."
