"Checking went smooth. Hotel Staff quick to assist you. Clean and modern hotel and room. Wish the fitness room cost was a little cheaper than the $20 a day it is. Great location for stay when departing from Haneda airport. And good transportation options on site- limo bus, taxi, train station, and monrail. "

"The staff was amazing, but sadly we got a smaller room than we ordered; there was a mix-up, so our room was very small. If you are traveling solo, it would be perfect for you! They also don't deliver to other hotels/airports, they can recieve but not send. So something to keep in mind if you're planning on sending luggage, you have to go to the train station nearby. The breakfast was not our cup of tea either, we had eaten at other hotels breakfast and this one left a lasting bad impression. Again, the staff is amazing!! Just a lot of external things that we won't be coming back again. "

"I fully recommend this hotel. The staff speak english, are very helpful, the rooms are clean with a gorgeous view. The sauna is wonderful, the buffet although a bit costly is completely worth it. And they have all types of amenities and extras (hair brushes, clothes for the bathhouse, razors, toothbrushes, and more) if you forgot anything! It is also walking distance to the Shiomi station which is a huge plus if you're using the train for transportation. Will be staying here again my next visit."
