"Quirky old building with low ceilings and original features. Unfortunately looking a bit tired and our bed had a broken slat in the middle making it pretty uncomfortable. Breakfasts and check in was great just needs new furniture. Also very close to Trebarwith strand, just check for low tide!!"

"The Hideaway has the potential to be a 10/10 accommodation because the location is absolutely outstanding. It is perfectly situated for an easy walk into the village of Port Isaac, down to Port Gaverne, and also conveniently close to the Co-op. "We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the 'Nauti' Shepherd's hut. It was so cosy, warm, clean and immaculately presented. The bed was super comfortable and everything we could have needed was provided. A great location, with a peaceful and relaxing countryside setting. Great communication from the hosts. We will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended for a cornish get away. "

"Could do with a hoover under bunk beds. Didn’t have all of the advertised vegetables with roast dinner and wasn’t offered any alternatives or discount. Service in restaurant and bar slow at times. Beautiful view of PolZeath beach . Sofas could do with a clean as water stains on them and a few more cushions on sofa would be a nice extra.Overall very pleased with our stay and would return again."

"The house is in a very good condition and fully furnished in all rooms, including 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and the kitchen and a nice yard, which is the best as I have experienced. Very satisfied with this house and the landlord. Strongly recommend."

"Overall I had a very nice stay. I was however, disappointed on the first night, which was my birthday not to be able to book a room in the restaurant due to a wedding taking place. It would have been nice to have been made aware of this beforehand. Just be prepared to pre book the restaurant."
