"The hotel is in a great location in Newcastle west. Close to the interchange for trains to Sydney or to catch the tram into Newcastle.
The furniture/layout in the room was exceptional and exactly what the modern traveler needs. After having spent 2 nights there I arrived back late one Saturday evening and one of the lights in the room wasn't working. The response from the staff was great!"
