Hotel Grand One Plaza
The only issue I had was the heater not working and being that it's winter, we were pretty cold. Just for that I give 3 stars instead of 5. We even had room service try to help and it still didn't work. We didn't ask for another room only because we didn't want to bother anymore.

Hotel Real del Río
We love this hotel! We stay here often as we travel to TJ for medical appts. The staff is always so friendly. They underground parking has an attendant 24/7.
