"Fantastic place to stay! Greeted by a couple of really nice chaps at Reception, unexpected upgrade from a Comfort Double to Junior Suite. The room was very nice and spacious! Plenty of plugs and ports to charge at convenient places. Coffee machine and fruit teas were a welcome bonus. There was a fan in the room as there is no aircon. "Hotel and staff FANTASTIC!! But it is impossible to speak to a real person with hotels.com. I booked a wrong date in error so tried to get this changed. First of all i had to get past the chat bots then chat to a person (maybe) and was told the offline team would contact the hotel to change it.
