"Having had to pay for parking to check in at the named hotel, we then travelled to the apartment. On arrival having again paid for parking, we went into the apartment and found the bedroom with unmade dirty sheets and dirty towels in the bathroom. "I rarely leave negative reviews, but I had a very disappointing stay and would not recommend this hotel. I specifically requested a quiet room, yet was placed on the top floor next to a loud air conditioning unit that made sleeping difficult. On top of that, staff members loudly and repeatedly knocked on my neighbor’s door at 7 AM — a phone call might have been more considerate. The parking situation was also very inconvenient. The garage is half a block away, extremely tight, and difficult to access. Guests must first stop at a cramped drop-off area, and despite several staff members watching me struggle with luggage during checkout, no one offered assistance. The room itself was clean, and the macarons at check-in were a nice touch. However, there was no kettle, no fridge, and not even a large mirror in the room."
