"The rooms are clean but in need of maintenance. Air conditioning didn't work so a little bit uncomfortable over night. Breakfast, at the Ibis, was not as good as we have had at other economy hotels in Europe and was more expensive. However the restaurant attached was very useful after a long trip and the food was good"

"Breakfast fresh but coffee was bad. Room. Ice and quiet but bathroom shower not working properly and floor tiles loose. Lovely gardens and good safe parking. I really like this hotel but the refit has been done on the cheap which is disappointing. The bed is less comfortable than before."

"The room was ok, but missed airconditioning. The staff is not very helpful and they only speak French, they even do not try to speak English or try to help you. When you run a hotel and only speak French that is not the way to do. Food is good, taste and quality."

"The staff was very helpful but we were very disappointed about the overall condition of the hotel and rooms which were very tired and in the process of being renovated. The restaurant was closed as a consequence. We paid quite a lot for the room much more than was advertised locally and had no knowledge of the disruption. Nothing on Expedia. Will think twice about using Expedia again. Don't like being taken for a ride."
