"We had such an amazing stay this past weekend! The location is perfect—close to everything, making it so convenient to get around. The owners are absolutely wonderful. They are so kind, welcoming, and genuinely care about their guests. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone had everything they needed, which made us feel right at home. On Friday night, they hosted a customer appreciation BBQ with delicious burgers, hot dogs, and drinks. It was such a thoughtful gesture and created a fun, friendly atmosphere where everyone could relax and enjoy themselves. The property was very clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone we met was incredibly friendly. The positive energy throughout our stay really stood out. We had such a great experience that we’re already planning to come back next month—and this will definitely be our go-to place whenever we visit Penticton. Highly recommend!"

"The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere anytime you used it. Otherwise, this place was an awesome place to stay with my two young niece's they had a great time in the pool and the location couldn’t be better. The BBQs were also a really great option so that we could cook our dinners outside. One of the BBQ’s was not working and could use a clean."
