"Cheap and cheerful. A very tired hotel but decent value for the price."

"Had an enjoyable stay, one of my visits to Four in a Bed venues. It is in a lovely market town close to the battle sight. The parking is at the rear and you may miss it but as you pass between Dixie Arms and Red Lion the car park is immediately on your right; ample parking you just need to register at the bar. "Absolutely unreal. The staff, every single one of them are fantastic. Here for a wedding locally and we greeted were warmly by all the staff here. The room is very large, very clean and well ventilated. The small touches in the room were very welcome, good towels, comfortable large bed and great coffee tray. We went for lunch in the restaurant and it was out of this world, the duo of lamb being the absolute favourite. It was so tender, the ragu tartlet was rich and delicious with the pastry case...

"Make sure that your booking hasn't been cancelled by a disgruntled staff member before you arrive. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok, it was greasy and I didn't dare try the egg because it looked only just cooked yet the yolk was hard. The other items were nice."

"Rooms were clean and fresh and breakfast was very good. What wasn’t so good was that bath towel was damp, either from not being changed or not dried thoroughly. We found the mattress quite hard and sleeping was not helped by the people above us running round at 12:30 pm- assume it was children,"

"Stayed here many times but disappointed the room (carpet) didn't look clean, bathroom, this is only room with a bath and this will be the third time I've had this room and the bath taps don't work you can only use the shower. Previously I've had water in the room but not this time. Didn't look like the tea, coffee, etc. had been topped up"

"Already the premises give out a reassuring feeling of care and comfort. This is then corroborated by the quiet and clean rooms, warm and cosy, along with a spacious breakfast area which presents a good variety of food, replicated for the dining area. All this topped with an ample parking space. Last, but certainly not least, the caring and welcoming staff just make it a must to want to go back."

"New construction wall to wall carpet in halls and rooms. Business hotel on edge of Nuneaton and next to Bermuda industrial estate. Good service and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. One elevator for the 4 story building. No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away ."
