"The hotel has all the basics. The staff are helpful and friendly. The lobby is updated and the rooms are basic. The rooms are modest and minimal. The towels weren’t changed during our stay. The safe did not work properly - which wasn’t great. The location is a little farther from the sites than I would have wanted. We spent more on uber and texts and clocked 17k in steps each day. I would recommend staying closer putting these funds into a Boutique hotel in an area you love. It will be worth it. Finally we left a sweater behind. The hotel was good enough to let us know. I was impressed by this. The only options for getting the item back via post was a business service and an urgent business service for 230 euros and 113 euros. No regular post option. All in all, great staff, clean hotel, very basic. A few tweaks - fresh towels, working safe and a reasonable return article option would have gandered a higher score. The location vs cost is something everyone will assess for themselves."

"A boutique hotel in the best location for visit to the right banks of Paris. Laz Urbain Spa hotel is a 4 star hotel with all the amenities that you would need. The best part of the Laz hotel is its welcoming staff, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Definitely great for couples !"
