"Hôtel Eldorado was a great experience, the room was well decorated and clean and the staff thoroughly cleaned it every day. The staff was very helpful, especially considering my terrible French. They even stored our luggage after our stay while we went to Mont Saint-Michel so we didn’t have to carry it with us. The location is great too - walking distance to everything you might need. Be sure to eat at Le 27 Gourmand and Le Cyrano. "

Has an unfortunate evacuation due to fire alarm at 23:30 one night, caused by steam from a hot shower getting into smoke detectors in someone’s bedroom. "

"I would not recommend this hotel as the main issue was the hot water. Frankly, it should not even be a hotel if they can not provide hot enough water for showers everyday. We travelled with a little baby and it was not acceptable to only have hot hot water on our first night. After that we were told other guests might have used the hot water and to wait 30mins. I showered at different times of the day and it made NO difference. My husband was til that because it was the weekend, people would be...

"Weather was cool, didn’t use heat/AC. Window was openable. Bed was comfortable. Bfast was available. Snacks were free all day. My stay was quiet. Desk Staff was helpful. Close to the Metro. I would recommend this hotel."
