"We had a great one night stay at Berwick Lodge on a a Monday to celebrate a birthday. The sun shone and the Housemartins flew happily around whilst we sat on the terrace having a cocktail. The à la carte menu was fantastic - well worth the cost and breakfast was very tasty. Will definitely stay again in one of the other fantastic looking rooms."

"Super impressed with this hotel! Wasn’t expecting much given its location but it’s been beautifully designed and feels like a mini resort with spa, bar and lovely restaurant with an outside area. The only downside was the charge to use the pool which was not pointed out until after booking."

"It's a a very clean and modern environment"

"Stayed 2 nights, first night the toilet would not flush and was blocked, the shower was faulty, cold water pulsing on and off so either a cold shower or a shower that would go from scalding hot to freezing cold. The front desk gave us another room, smaller than the one we paid for and the toilet did work, bit the shower was the same. Breakfast was not nice, beside the front entrance was the smoking area, so we had to run past holding our breath. Terrible place. Choose somewhere else."

"The stay was okay, but when checking out we had an incident where when returned a few minutes after checkout our key cards were no longer which was to be expected. So we went to front desk to ask for the keys to be enabled so we could get our luggage and bags. When we were told that they had no record of us being there and the room was showing as empty. We told them that’s not possible we had been there the past 2 nights and we needed to get to the train station as soon as possible. I get there...

"We had a wonderful time at the Old Church Farm. The grounds are very green and peaceful. Very comfortable beds and great hosts! A gem in the area. Do not skip on the breakfast! a fantastic experience"

"Friendly & efficient checking in staff. Bright large room. Big comfy bed Great sound insulation Only negative was the shower wasn’t very powerful or hot. The shower screen leaked all over the bathroom floor."

"A lovely little apartment right in the centre of Clifton village. Very cosy and well maintained. My only complaint would be there is no "Convenient and secure on-site parking, a rare amenity in the area", as described when booking. There is on paid on street parking but you have to arrive after 5pm to pay for all night parking. Other than that I would recommend. "

"The property was ideal place to stay while travelling through the UK. The Kitchen and Laundry facilities were fantastic and so was the location. Communication was quick and easy. Very thankful they offered packing across the road from where we were staying."

"The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. "This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...
