"I have stayed here several times both for work and leisure. Our stay was ok but there was a marked difference from previous visits: for a start, the staff at reception was annoyed and unfriendly and when I asked if I could drop off my luggage in the room they said I could if I paid the early check-in fee, although it was 1 PM already. I appreciate this could be a policy, but in the past I always met nice staff who let me check in early at no extra cost if the room was ready, and even gave me a cookie! No cookie this time, no small attentions - we just noticed the difference and maybe that affected a little our loyalty towards the hotel."
