"Its right in the middle of downtown, incredibly walkable location in February, not sure about August."

"We had a family of 5 and a double bed room with a pull out that fitted us well. The numerous outlets for all of our devices was great! The beds were comfy, but the pull out mattress could've used a pillow top cover sheet to make it more comfortable, but overall it was ok. The AC was working perfectly as well. There's a market center in the lobby, which has plenty of options of snacks and drinks. The breakfast was great and fulfilling! There were options of pancakes, eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, cereal, toast, muffins and bagels. There were also yogurt options and plenty of different juices to choose from. We felt safe while staying here. The doors at the entrance are locked at night and only open if you have a room key. The parking area was lit well. The hotel is a few blocks away from the entertainment district."

"Misrepresented as a hotel. There was a luggage tag stuck on our sheets. The room stunk. There was a huge gap under the door to outside. There was indigents in the parking lot and sleeping on benches. There were bars on the windows! We left with out staying overnight "

"Brand new facility, very nice clean spacious rooms. Room on 9th floor. Street noise level was really bad. Morning truck delivers starting at 4am to 6am. Cars racing downtown saturday night. Sad for hotel but did not sleep for 3 of 5 nights. "

"Good location, but motel is under construction, understaffed. We checked in and realized that our room was not clean. I went to front desk to let them know and the guy said that their housekeeper didn’t show up at work. Then he sent someone to swipe the floor and clean the bathroom. I would never go there again."

"I tried leaving 1.5 stars but rounded up to 2. I chose to stay here due to reviews found online of how clean it was. Ironically, I did not find our room to be clean. The shower head was dirty. The shower was gross. The sink had mold in it. Otherwise, the room was comfy and the location was great. Parking price was a bit excessive especially after the cost of the hotel itself. The staff at the bar were super kind and friendly! Although the few people I interacted with at the front desk….not so much. The lady did not seem to care when I made her aware of the black mold. She said she would send someone up to look before we went to dinner. After dinner, it was still there. So even the people in the artwork could notice the frustration in my eyes. She said they were busy so I asked for a different room and all the sudden someone was able to go check it out. Waited for about 30-40 minutes in lobby before she sent someone. The man that checked us out had no personality either. Overall, I would love to come back but would like them to acknowledge this and do better. People pay for a clean space. "

"My room waws amazing, I didn't get to go to the pool, but it was right across the building, and my room had the view it looked beautiful. Staff was very friendly and answered all questions. Thank you for making my stay incredible and comfortable. "
