"Sonesta simply suites in Waukegan was absolutely wonderful! We were seriously tired and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve been in other than my own. Loved the kitchenette with full refrigerator microwave dishwasher dishes everything we needed. The room was pleasant and clean and I loved the bathtub For my aching back after that flight. Most of all I loved the people that work there Jaden and Medina bent over backwards to be helpful and pleasant. Seriously I absolutely loved being there!...
"Parking in front was inconvenient during DMV hours. A lot of noise could be heard from people in hallways going in and out of rooms or just talking. Overall, room was clean, house keeping was phenomenal, and staff was welcoming, polite, and professional. "
