"Complimentary breakfast was ok. Standard hot items: eggs, potatos, sausage with standard cold items. There are too many televisions in the dining area. One or two in the lobby is ok. "

"One side of the bed was pushed against a wall making it most uncomfortable and difficult to get in and out. One two nights the guests in the next room were very loud and obscene. We complained to The Maverick and they did not address the matter to our satisfaction. They replied saying they will refund us $100 but because we booked through Expedia you - Expedia - will need to process that refund. "

"My room was never cleaned the whole time I stayed there from 05/14 to 05/18. The bed was never changed. It was uncomfortable and quite disturbing. I asked one of the hotel staff up front why my room wasn't cleaned and I was told they only did every other day. The hotel staff was usually helpful and nice but some were not. I will think twice about staying there again. Dr. Stephen Parks"

"There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2 people for 5 days was pretty sparse. Most of the dishes and pots had food stuck on them and had to be washed before using. The price was good if it had been any higher we would have left and got a hotel room somewhere instead. "
