The check in process was so easy, even at ungodly hours in the night, with the nicest staff ever! The rooms were neat and clean and equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. The breakfast selection was perfect, you got a little bit of everything! Definitely will be booking here again the next time we’re in Pittsburgh!

The continental breakfast was super good. The place was fairly clean but most important the beds were comfortable. This property was not quite as nice as it says, old scary elevators, it looked well used. The staff was helpful and nice. I would say not too bad because of the breakfast.

This Holiday Inn was everything necessary for a short stay and in close proximity to where we needed to go. The hotel in general needs a bit of updating except for the bed linens which were great. They have Dove bath products in the bathroom which was nice if you forgot your shampoo, conditioner, etc. The breakfast in the morning had a nice variety of foods available but the 'hot' foods were lukewarm to cool at best. It would have been nice to have a microwave accessible to heat the foods. After the first couple of tries at the 'hot' foods we stuck with toast we made ourselves or the oatmeal which was always hot. The coffee was delicious in the breakfast area.
