"When my daughter and I got to the property the staff seem very nice. The door was sticky. After check in we walked through lobby to go to elevator and there was a fowl urine smell. Got into the the elevator and it was just nasty like sticky and looked like someone walked through dog poop and it smeared. Get in to our room and the top of the fridge was never cleaned, shower and toilet area and bedding were all dirty. I moved the couch so it could be closer to the bed and there was huge pee stain like left behind and never cleaned. Inside the couch was filthy even a tampon was in it. I will be sending all my photos in and doing a formal complaint. I stayed here one night out of the three I booked and went somewhere else"

"I asked for a smoking room, so I could smoke a bowl of my prescribed med, was told the non-smoking rooms were "nicer" but I needed a smoking room. BIG mistake. The floors were dirty, the coverlet AND blanket had holes burned in them, there were small dead roaches on the floor, as well as 2 that I killed... It building is Right next to the freeway, and the building shook with every big truck that passed above. All in all, it was a very very uncomfortable night, with all of my belongings packed in the car to keep bugs out of them."

"Got 2 loads of laundry stolen out the dryer and when notified staff to roll back cameras I was told sorry I'm only able to see live view on the cameras so what is the point of even having cameras so ya took a loss on a lot of clothes "

"The Candlewood Suites little kitchen area had everything we needed for our 2.5 week stay. "
