"Staff at front desk are so clueless although I paid true Expedia they charged me full price on check in when I mentioned I have paid true Expedia she said she will credit me, on checkout the charges me full prices on my credit card again when I mention she argued with me tha No she only charged me 81 dollars when I showed her my credit card she told meat is wrong I had to call me credit card comp at and file fraudulent charge on the two charges "

One problem was getting The blackout curtain up and down each morning and then again at night! Had to call the handiman through the front desk each time! The curtains are supposed to run with a remote! Not a good set up! "
