"Fantastic hotel. Well located - close to TTC station and so much to do within walking distance. Staff was well trained and polite. However, there was soap and shampoo missing; they rectified the situation after a couple of reminders. The room lighting is controlled by control boards around the room, which is truly wonderful! The bathroom is well designed and can be closed off from the bedroom area. I do think the bathroom could have been cleaner (shower and toilet area) as an establishment positioning themselves as 4.5 star hotel. Overall, great option for a few nights (3). Would book again. "

"No parking on site. You have to pay for off site. They had breakfast included when I reserved the room but have since cancelled it. It’s a cheap room in the city that’s close to a lot of stuff. You get what you pay for "
