"Great value in a great area"

"This hotel was okay at best. The carpets are in need of cleaning and during my 4 night stay, the only elevator was broken several different times which was very inconvenient. I also got the vibe that many guests were actually living in the hotel and this was certainly not ideal for cleanliness or peace and quiet."

"There is no reason to stay at this hotel. Although the property was clean, it is an old property that has been updated. There were certain parts that were updated completely and certain parts had not been updated. The biggest problem is I felt unsafe. There were over 20 pick up trucks and utility/construction trucks in the parking lot with men loitering and men in the hotel. I was told by the staff that the hotel give Duke Energy and other utility/construction companies discounted rates. I had trouble even parking my car because there were so many pick up trucks sticking out of their spots. Also, the highway noise at night was very loud and I couldn't sleep."

"The room smelled (humid). Breakfast was fine and parking was good as well. The sofa bed is extremely old, don’t think anyone could sleep comfortably on it. "

"Excellent service! The hotel is conveniently located near Charlotte Motor Speedway and Concord mall and restaurants. So excited to have stayed here. Ganga and her team are amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Great place for families. The breakfast is the best! So much variety!"
