"The hotel is very conveniently located to access the haram, just have to cross the road. I was very impressed from check in to check out, all the staff are very helpful and friendly throughout. The lifts at this hotel are absolutely awesome, never a long wait for a lift at any time. The view from our room out to the haram from the 8th floor was great. Rooms aren’t big but well equipped and fairly modern, showers are great. Highly recommend this hotel."

"An excellent five star hotel which is luxurious. It has the easiest and quickest lifts to make your way to the kabah, 1 lift from reception and you are outside. Breakfast and dinner is amazing with lots of options in the buffet. The hotel has an amazing kabah view - I would highly recommend staying at the hotel. "

"Hotel was clean, staff were very helpful. However, it’s a bit far from the Umrah gate 79. It’s closer to the boundary of Haram for sure. "

"This was in my opinion the best hotel close to the haram other than the clock tower. You have to get the king suite facing the haram to enjoy the beautiful views. I hope to make this my go to stop on my next visit god willing."
