"Needs working fridge in hot conditions- all food went off within hours and drinks could not be kept cool. Nil milk provided for tea. Shower drainage issue so when showering, entire floor can get very wet and have to request a floor tile. But otherwise overall very pleasant stay, staff were amazing, help desk were .. helpful. The lifts were convenient, the hotel was clean. They offered enough tea bags and cups as needed. They sent a iron to use for 20 minutes then was asked to return back to infront if door. I would definitely stay again "

"It was an amazing stay. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was amazing with plenty of options. It was ver close to Haram, easily walkable, with plenty of food and shopping options on the street. Room was very spacious with clean and plenty of amenities. We traveled with family including small children and it was easier to navigate despite being a huge property. I would highly recommend it to anyone and would definitely like to stay again."
