"The location of this hotel is terrific; tube station around the corner, walk 10 minutes to the Tower of London, overall great spot. Staff was fine, we had to ask for things multiple times, there was always a lot of staff in the lobby but it was kind of messy. Very strict on the 3 PM check in, no early check in unless you paid for it. Also asked how much for a car to the airport and head bellman said 110 gbp. Then asked how many people,I said 2 with just hand luggage and he said,I can do it for 105. Felt a little shady, especially when an Uber was 62."
