Thecattendant was very cooperative and helpful. The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The soap was too Good with very citrus smell. I could not find anything lacking in the hotel. This hotel was cheaper by 10% than other Best Western hotels."

"This is a really great place to visit, I was under the impression that there was a hot tub but I think they did away with it. The pool is very nice and the Breakfast was unbelievable, talk about a world class breakfast. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff we're very nice and friendly. I will definitely come back to stay at the Embassy Suites Waltham again."

"This could be a nice place, but the carpet and furniture need to be replaced ASAP. This would make a very large difference. Check in was easy and the person was friendly. Sheets seemed clean, and the place felt safe. Parking was extra. There is a large indoor pool that the whole building is built around... but it is closed except for the summer. Why not have a pool open year round, especially when it is the centerpiece of the property?"
