"This truly is a wonderful resort, so peaceful & the views -wow! This was an ideal stop off after long haul flight to wind down & acclimatise for 3 days. Hotel staff wonderful & the activity centre arranged snorkelling, hiking , yoga & cycling trips. The cycle trip was lovely to get out see the island which really was ‘real’ Thailand. The yoga was fantastic & first time for me but Patti the teacher was in tune with the different levels & very experienced & i loved it! The restaurant food was very good & Thai food especially. The breakfast was amazing & served next to the beach 🏖️. The room was absolutely stunning & I can’t wait to return!"

"Samet Nangshe is truly one of the most breathtaking locations in Thailand. The panoramic views overlooking Phang Nga Bay are absolutely spectacular, especially at sunrise. Watching the sun rise over the limestone islands is an unforgettable experience and something everyone visiting this part of Thailand should see at least once. The peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty make this destination feel incredibly special. It's an ideal place to escape the busy tourist areas, relax, and appreciate Thailand's extraordinary scenery. The location itself is the highlight, and the views alone make it worth visiting. A truly memorable experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Thailand. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something unique and beautiful!"

"I had a sea view room and the view was spectacular. The room was fantastic with a large balcony. Breakfast had a good selection. I ate a few times in the restaurant for lunch and dinner and the food was excellent. They also have a coffee shop with a selection of drinks and cakes. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The complimentary island tour was a good way to get a first introduction to the island. There is a motorcycle rental hut just by the hotel."

"Considering you’re out in the jungle basically, the rooms are very well maintained and also air conditioned. The staff is very eager to assist and always on hand. Be prepared to arrive with cash because it seems like the credit card reader is not always available and that can be an issue. This is also a remote property so bear in mind you will only have limited access to all amenities during daylight hours. But the staff is lovely and will bend over backwards to help you in any way they can, just have your expectations in line with the location. That being said there is transport available to all the local attractions, and it’s a truly lovely and one of a kind experience that I am sure you will cherish, as I did :)"
